We were kinda surprised by the central location of the hotel, close to both grocery and luxury shops. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious with ensuite toilets, providing plenty of comfort for our stay. We must give a special thank you to Mr Kenneth, were pretty good to assist us with our check-out and cargo arrangements, even when we were out of town. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Knightsbridge and close to two tube stations. It is so convenient to have everything within walking distance, and the comfort of the hotel only adds to the overall experience. The staff were also helpful and accommodating.

Spent Christmas at a supposed luxury hotel, but was highly disappointed. The rooms were not as advertised, and the customer service was lackluster at best.

From the spacious and stylish living area to the comfortable beds and high-end private facilities, everything was spotless clean, serviced daily, and overflowing in elegance. the complementary gourmet food provisions were a delightful surprise and added to the feeling of opulence.

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to everything. It was just a short walk to Hyde Park and there was a bus stop nearby for easy transportation. there was a lovely little cafe right across from Harrods, which was only a minute's walk from the property. The apartment itself was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff provided excellent service, as mentioned in a review where they went above and beyond to offer shower facilities after a marathon.
