Superb location, friendly reception staff, upgraded to spacious townhouse, good facilities, comfortable beds, easy access to transportation.

We were kinda surprised by the central location of the hotel, close to both grocery and luxury shops. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious with ensuite toilets, providing plenty of comfort for our stay. We must give a special thank you to Mr Kenneth, were pretty good to assist us with our check-out and cargo arrangements, even when we were out of town. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Knightsbridge and close to two tube stations. It is so convenient to have everything within walking distance, and the comfort of the hotel only adds to the overall experience. The staff were also helpful and accommodating.

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to everything. It was just a short walk to Hyde Park and there was a bus stop nearby for easy transportation. there was a lovely little cafe right across from Harrods, which was only a minute's walk from the property. The apartment itself was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff provided excellent service, as mentioned in a review where they went above and beyond to offer shower facilities after a marathon.
